In the unlikely event that you are not be satisfied with your product, please contact us using our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order or by emailing [email protected] with:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the problem
  • A few pictures of the issue

Including these details will help us to resolve things quickly. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to be in touch with you.

We are unable to exchange or refund your order for the following customer created errors, such as:

  • choosing the wrong mats and/or frames
  • choosing the wrong media size
  • choosing the wrong frame style or size

We cannot provide exchanges or refunds due to damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.

We reserve the right to request that you undertake any or all of the following:

  1. Return the product to us and at our discretion.
  2. Offer an exchange or reprint.
  3. Issue credit for items excluding shipping.
  4. Take no action.
  5. Or, on the rare occurrence (in that we have exhausted all possible solutions and cannot find a resolution), offer a refund.

Please ensure the work is packaged appropriately and that it is fully protected. Ideally, use the original packaging in which the item was delivered, including all protective material.

It is your responsibility to cover the regular cost of return postage if the goods delivered are as ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned is less than the exchange rate equivalent of $50, or in case of a higher price, if you have only provided partial payment agreed under the terms of the contract. Return mail is otherwise free of charge. Goods that cannot be returned as packages will be picked up from your address.
